Il suo cavallo scalpita alzando polvere … la sua armatura color specchio proietta energia anomala, dando vita alla grande battaglia non cruenta dove il nemico non ha volto ma stasi … un nemico il cui nome è non cultura. Le sue armi regole antiche fuori dai tempi, dove vige solo lo sfruttamento delle menti creatrici per un profitto unilaterale … dove l’artista in tutte le sue forme diviene semplice manovalanza, dove chi decide cos’è la cultura non è un addetto ai lavori.

Questo progetto nasce per far sì che gli artisti di tutto il globo terrestre collaborino tra loro per la prima volta nella storia, nella realizzazione di una grande performance(nella terza edizione).
L’esigenza di collaborazione tra gli artisti, di comunicare con la città, incorporare tutte le forme d'arte in un unica performance, il desiderio di annientare la monotonia urbana del quotidiano.

The enemy’s weapons are ancient and timeless rules that justify the exploitation of creative minds for the sake of unilateral profit... these rules turn the artist - in all his forms and manifestations - into a simple labourer, whereas the one who decides what culture is has nothing to do with the artistic endeavour.

The objective of this project is to enable artists around the world to collaborate in staging a great performance (third edition) that has no precedence in history. Artists get a chance to express their need to collaborate with each other, communicate with the city and combine all forms of art in one performance as well as pursue their striving to annihilate the monotony of everyday city life.
This year’s Invasion of Our Lady Art welcomes artist groups as well as single artist that will bring together their efforts to make Our Lady Art truly invasive, able to go beyond all existing boundaries and limits ... as it always does while interacting with the city... here comes the art revolution...
(it means that one can act both in coordination with others or on his/her own... and it goes without saying, they have to comply with all the rules applicable to city life)... The Invasion of Our Lady Art REVOLUTION
In order for the Invasion to produce a powerful impact on the city we suggest that all artists should produce as many art works to be exhibited on the streets as possible.
N.B. We expect participants in The Invasion of Our Lady Art to be real artist and not buffoons. We do not engage ourselves in throwing balls down the stairs, we do not paint fountains, we do not soil other’s property, we do not destroy anything, we do not make a mess, we do not risk our and other’s lives, we make art and give it to everyone as a gift, even to those who have not time to go to galleries, art in daily life, while people do their shopping, go to work, take their children to school... we help the city to live better by adding colours, making it look beautiful, less monotonous and more liveable... art is life and life is art.

ALL’INDOMANI L’ASSETTO DELLA CITTÀ SARÀ MUTATO.
Il silenzio della notte,
le luci dei lampioni che vibrano,
la solitudine,
la città dorme,
il deserto urbano…
poi,
ad un tratto,
tanti riquadri, tante stanze da letto,
dove donne,
uomini,
si alzano velocemente nello stesso momento,
in tutte le città, in tutto il pianeta, contro il vento, sotto la pioggia,
correndo per le vie,
portano sotto il braccio parte di se,
la propria creazione da donare,
in una società dove l’unico pensiero è…
sottrarre, sfruttare, accumulare introiti.
Veloci per le strade, sui muri, sui pali su ciò che non serve,
e perché no, su ciò che serve ma di cattivo gusto ,
abbellendo, dando vita, generando emozioni dimenticate.
Così,
menti creatrici,
hanno voluto per quella notte…
non conoscendosi, non sapendo cosa creava l’altro in un altro luogo del pianeta…
con arti diverse…ma uniti…
uniti verso un solo pensiero…
solo la cultura può abbattere i muri della noia, del mal essere,
del cattivo gusto…
poi sorge il sole,
la città si sveglia,
un caffé sul tavolo…fumante,
una faccia che si lava,
la vestizione…
veloce, veloce…veloce, veloce…
veloce, bisogna essere veloci,
lavorare, accumulare, sopravvivere,
tra i fumi della città, tra le malattie,
tra la gente che ti sputa,
ti frusta, ti sfrutta,
l’ignoranza che getta cultura e plastica nei rifiuti organici…
o che confonde un opera con un ordigno…
e allora veloce,
il primo scalino, il quinto, il decimo…
e giù in strada, verso la macchina, verso il posto di lavoro…
prima a scuola tuo figlio… ha bisogno di istruzione….
Tua moglie fa la spesa…
veloce, veloce, veloce…
rallenta, rallenta, rallenta…
fermati… fermati…
guarda…
cosa è mutato intorno a te?
Cosa c’è sopra quel palo?
Cosa sono quelle pietre equidistanti tra loro con forme infinite?
Cosa è quella cravatta intorno al tronco?
Farina sul suolo?
Pensieri appesi?
Palloncini...mille...come un armata?
Una scultura su una panchina?
E quei mobili in mezzo alla piazza?
Eh eh eh,
sembra che la piazza sia un appartamento senza soffitto, senza pareti, senza limiti...
ma cosa è successo stanotte?
Dove sono…dove sono?
Però…che bello…sembra di essere altrove…
mi viene da sorridere…
sarebbe un paradiso camminare, respirando…ascoltando…vedendo.
Mentre tutti dormivano 300 artisti in 21 città lavoravano per essa, senza chiedere nulla, senza pretese, sotto la natura che urlava e piangeva.
Questo accadde quella notte per amor dell’arte, e del posto in cui essi vivono, arredandola come fosse casa loro, abbattendo la monotonia, abbattendo regole, osando, guerreggiando contro l’ovvietà, la non cultura…questo è accaduto nella notte che andava dal 29 al 30 marzo 2009 alle ore 01:00… questi sono stati i 300 invasori…uniti in un solo pensiero…trasformare le città in gallerie a cielo aperto, cultura fruibile da tutti e per tutti…questo è NostraSignoraArt.

ho un idea per coloro che vogliono abbattere muri che da sempre imponenti limitano la cultura, che essa sia la pittura, la scultura, la poesia, la musica…è l’idea giusta per loro…

ho un idea che darà nuovi spazzi a coloro che non hanno un santo in paradiso, che non si abbassano alle regole corrotte delle gallerie, delle case discografiche, degli editori o dei critici che promuovo falsa arte, e si arricchiscono succhiando il sangue degli artisti, sperando nella morte del creatore, per aumentare gli introiti…

ho un idea, cambiamo le regole dei giochi… doniamo ciò che sappiamo fare alle città stando nelle regole ma senza esserci, come camminare sul filo di un rasoio, nel completo rispetto di chi ci vive, per allietare, per vivere meglio la città, privi delle abitudini, privi di monotonia,
per divertirci divertendo con il gioco dell’arte…

E GLI INVASORI ALZANO I SENSI ESTETICI AL CIELO...ELLA DICE NON PAVENTATE...MA ENTRATE SILENZIOSI E OCCULTATEVI... NON è ANCORA L'ORA...COSì, I SUOI CONDOTTIERI ORA SONO ALL'INTERNO DELLE CITTà...SONO TRA VOI , SONO COME VOI...FORSE UNO DI LORO VI è AL FIANCO MENTRE SALITE SULL'AUTOBUS...FORSE è L'AGENTE CHE VI FERMA PER CONTROLLI...FORSE E DIETRO DI VOI AL SUPERMERCATO MENTRE FATE LA FILA PER PAGARE...FORSE E VOSTRO FIGLIO, O TUO MARITO, TUA MOGLIE, TUA MADRE, TUO PADRE...UNA COSA è CERTA, ANCHE SE FOSSE, ANCHE SE EGLI NON TI MOSTRERà LA SUA VERA IDENTITà, IL MOTIVO è CHE STA PER DONARE QUALCOSA DI GRANDE AL TUO QUOTIDIANO.
